This homestead on the way to Morrin, AB, was left pristinely as if the occupants had suddenly been transported away. This idea fascinated me, and I so have several scenes from here. On my first summer trip I had my tripod and camera all set up, ready to take a panorama view when this large storm system passed by just to the north. The sun was setting and the roiling clouds were all lit up and dramatic. The owner came by to shoot coyotes, we chatted a bit and then I captured this panorama. Taken with film.
